This masterclass will outline the 10 characteristics of the 21st Century Public Servant. Participants will be supported to understand how the characteristics can be used to support individual skill development and organisational change. In turn, the masterclass will support the development of new knowledge and skills for how to work within organisations and across organisations, with differing demands and needs, and in a current context of influx and change that has been recently impacted by: perma-austerity, the cost of living crisis, rising issues of abuse and harassment, increased awareness and importance of equality, diversity and inclusion, and the growth in remote working.
