Dr Marco Bardus is an Assistant Professor in Public Health at the Department of Applied Health Sciences – College of Medicine and Health. At Centre-UB, he serves as co-lead of the pillar theme Promoting Equity in Physical and Mental Wellbeing.
His research focuses on digital health communication interventions designed to improve health outcomes and reduce health inequalities. Marco leads and collaborates on projects addressing non-communicable and communicable diseases, as well as environmental health, particularly in under-served populations. He is passionate about co-designing equitable, evidence-based solutions that bridge the digital divide and enhance access to care across diverse communities, in the UK and globally.
